Job Summary :
The Mailing Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in the preparation, operation, and maintenance of mailing machines, ensuring that all customer mail schedules are efficiently met.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Set up mailing machines for successful job runs.
- Monitor and feed materials into machines during operations.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to mailing processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts for equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Assist in training new team members in best practices.
- Lead the crew to ensure timely and precise completion of all mail runs.
