TSH Tree Service is hiring a Crew Leader (Team Coordinator) to join our team in the sunny mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado.

Compensation:

$26 - $38 per hour

Full-time; Seasonal (May through October)

Extended season hours available April and November. Winter on-call work paid at time and a half

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid US Drivers License
• Four (4) years of experience in the residential tree industry and/or hazard fuels reduction, forestry, and tree removal operations

Team Coordinator Roles:

• Coordinate and support TSH team members efforts to achieve safe and efficient removal projects to each job’s specification.
• Support removal operations for purposes of forest health thinning, hazard fuels reduction, aesthetics, tree health, hazard removal, and efficient effective clean up.
• Conduct morning meetings with team members and General Manager, to review scope and process of scheduled jobs.
• Maintain and adjust job schedule.
• Lead daily tool and equipment maintenance and organization.
• Responsible for job-site walk throughs and coordination with the removal team.
• Complete jobs to contract standards and close jobs.
• Have a positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to share, learn, and grow with the TSH Team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Four (4) years in tree industry in the residential tree industry, and or hazard fuels reduction, forestry, and tree removal operations.
• Prior management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• CRM software experience

Highly Valued Experience and Certifications:

• ISA Certified Arborist
• TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional
• US Forest Service B or C Faller certification
• Working with mechanized rigging for removal / takedowns
• Professional groundsman experience supporting climbing arborists
• Crane removals
• Mechanical proficiency with industry tools and equipment repair and maintenance
• Class A CDL preferred

This position provides competitive pay with an hourly rate based on certification(s), experience, safety, teamwork and productivity; periodic bonuses throughout the season and end of season bonus. TSH supports a strong path to upward mobility and opportunity for our team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
