Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and align them with TSL’s solutions.
- Manage inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for senior sales teams.
- Support the sales team by maintaining a healthy pipeline and achieving lead generation targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns based on insights from customer feedback.
- 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales support roles.
- Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects via phone and email.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
