As an Thin Film - CVD Equipment Technician, you will perform chamber and platform basic maintenance, electrical / mechanical troubleshooting on tools and will be responsible for supporting a variety of Etch platforms.
Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.
Responsibilities include :
- Working closely with vendors, Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians and other tool owners to improve the overall area / tool performance.
- Performing basic tool maintenance and repairs according to equipment operating instructions.
- Providing accurate and detailed information for equipment logs, repair data, and tool status, at shift pass down.
- Certification on tools.
- Supporting the Thin Film - CVD area with other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
