Who We're Looking For
his position offers the opportunity to gain experience in various engineering disciplines-electrical, mechanical, and chemical-and their application in industrial settings within the Etch Process department. Interns will be paired with a mentor to assist with tasks such as resolving process issues to ensure wafer delivery, ramping up new processes, and facilitating technology transfer or production. The internship will involve system enhancement projects aimed at improving production line efficiency and developing tools to boost wafer yield or reduce production costs. We seek candidates who are passionate about minimizing process variations and excursions in the product manufacturing process to maximize wafer yield.
Requirements :
- Completion of sophomore year of college in a related degree program
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
- Ability to work in the United States on a long-term basis
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) on-site at our Cama, WA location, from :

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation
At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting wage typically ranges between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour.
