Job Description : As a Business Application Engineer, your core responsibilities will be :
- Communicating with users and Product Manager to verify the business need and propose solutions.
- Developing advanced code to improve operational efficiency and elevate user success.
- Building and nurturing relationships with all system stakeholders, prioritizing user needs and feedback.
- Analyzing and improving software architecture for system scalability and user satisfaction.
- Managing, and monitoring systems to ensure optimal user experience and service health.
- Diligently reporting and tracking software release issues with a focus on user impact.
- Eagerly learning new IT technologies and integrating open source or SaaS solutions to benefit users.
