Design engineers works closely with manufacturing, facility teams, suppliers and vendors daily to understand systems reliability and quality concerns and work to resolve issues.

Job Description
Your main responsibilities include:
- Participate in the design and contracting of the new fab G&C system
- Design supply system that meets the localized operational needs while maintaining supply quality requirements
- Implement design in accordance with international regulations
- Majored in chemical engineering/chemistry/environmental engineering/mechanical engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in gas/chemical systems in the semiconductor industry
- PE qualification is preferred
- Familiar with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD software
- High level of willingness to learn
- Possess independent thinking and operational abilities
- Ability to innovate and think flexibly
- May spend extended hours working inside and outside in all weather conditions, and in awkward body positions which can cause physical discomfort and strain.
- Required to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and to adjust heavy objects.
- The position will come in contact with sharp, hot, and cold equipment, and parts.
- Must be medically qualified to wear a personal respirator.
- Sensory demands include exposure to the smells associated with industrial chemical operations, exposure to the sounds associated with powered tools and industrial equipment.
- Must have the ability to safely climb ladders, and work at elevation from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, roofs, or platforms, and the ability to work in confined spaces.
