Responsibilities
- Develop and refine relocation policies to align with company goals and market practices, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees undergoing relocation, providing guidance and support throughout their assignments.
- Communicate effectively about relocation preparations, benefits, policies, and resources available to employees.
- Manage relationships with relocation service providers and government offices to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to negotiate contracts with vendors, optimizing service delivery.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of the relocation process, including both individual and group arrivals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions for employees and their families.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years in HR or large-scale business processes, with a focus on relocation management.
- Proven experience in HR with a focus on relocation management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
- Ability to listen actively and collaborate in a team environment.
