What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Director for Social Impact Initiatives position at TSNE?
The Director of Administration and Operations will work closely with the Executive Director, program coordinators, accounting consultants, marketing/communications consultant, grant writer, funders, and strategic partners to achieve the organization's mission and vision. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of programs, evaluating program effectiveness, and enhancing program quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred with working knowledge of the criminal justice system.
- 5-7 years of development, administration/operations, and program experience preferably in nonprofits.
- Experience with bringing a racial equity lens to understanding how systems of oppression have affected diverse communities.
- High energy, positive, can-do attitude, ability to pivot, team-oriented, and attention to detail required.
