Responsibilities:
- Cash Management:
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Facilitate inter-account transfers.
- Record interest income and expenses.
- Open and maintain bank accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations for 40 accounts.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and post general ledger entries.
- Generate financial reports.
- Prepare and mail 1099 forms.
- File annual SDAT Form 1.
- Process K-1 entries.
- Compile and submit tax packages.
- Payroll and Tax:
- Manage payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Accounting System Management:
- Set up and maintain QuickBooks files.
- Oversight:
- Supervise the preparation and remote deposit of checks.
- Oversee accounts payable processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
