Description
Biocon Biologics USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our Biosimilars Sales Team reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's brand image, engage with target audiences, and increase brand awareness. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, key account management, entrepreneurship, and strong territory management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales objectives and revenue targets for the designated territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and seek competitive market intelligence to maximize growth potential.
- Manage external stakeholders, including HCPs, hospitals, retail pharmacies, buying groups and key accounts, as well as internal, such as Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Basic CCPE course completion required
- 5 years of progressive sales experience is required, biosimilar selling experience is preferred
- Experience managing a geographic territory, planning, and maintaining a call cycle required
- Experience in buy and bill, oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, immunology and insulins highly preferred
- Business travel dependent on location of customers and territory size; occasional evening and weekend work required
