FIELD ENGINEERS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent professional services on-site with customers in the healthcare setting
- Responsible for completing project plan activities working autonomously with minimum supervision either onsite or remote
- Basic understanding of implementation methodologies and application
- Perform end-user support and guidance during implementation while on-site with customers in the healthcare setting
- Conduct day-to-day implementation activities while meeting the customers’ needs
- Execute the build and testing tasks within project plans to meet defined scope and milestones for project deployment
- Required to professionally document all work performed and submit accurate time entry for client utilization metric
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities while providing quality results
- Responsible for resolution of issues and identification of potential risks (people and technology) that could impact customer relationship and project timelines
- Communicate project issues and risks appropriately following escalation procedures
- Configure Omnicell’s products based on customer’s workflows to deliver high value and improve medication management and patient safety
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and success of project implementations collectively with the project management and technical services team
- Capable of working with our customers to be care providers most trusted partner while helping clinicians optimize workflows and medication management
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR FILL THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:
- Selected candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before start
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required
- Position may require a fair degree of physical activity and motion including pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, and bending frequently
- Availability for national weekly travel is required (Monday – Friday)
- Experience working in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments is strongly desired
- Medication automation cabinet background is strongly desired
