Investment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Hedge Fund (feeders, fund of funds, managed accounts) and Private Equity/Real Estate (PERE) products
• Assist in fund launch processes and oversee trade exceptions, FOP transfers, and calendar updates
• Manage and maintain fund-related documentation, including daily/monthly/annual reports
• Support regulatory reporting, including template preparation, data entry, and compliance checks
• Coordinate tax forms, bank account openings, and client documentation for fund closings
• Assist with process improvements, ad hoc projects, and vendor invoice reconciliation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Mathematics, or Finance
• Hand-s on relevant experience in hedge funds, private equity, or mutual funds
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Microsoft Office
