Key Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team with spend analytics and identification of cost savings and process improvement opportunities
- Develop, track, and report procurement KPIs to measure the performance of the procurement organization and vendors
- Prepare and maintain vendor scorecards to ensure supplier performance meets organizational expectations and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with procurement team members and internal stakeholders to support the RFx process, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices to drive value and operational efficiencies
- Support procurement team members in managing vendor relationships to ensure value delivery
- Analyze and optimize the procurement process to drive cost savings and identify process improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the development of supplier diversity initiatives and programs, including the identification of diverse vendors
Requirements:
- Experience with SharePoint application development and deployment
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Macros
- Familiarity with automation platforms
