Summary:
The Operations Optimization and Enablement team partners with operations functions to define strategy and operating models. We leverage domain expertise to make an impact across core operations functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution against milestones and budget. Create and maintain full end-to-end operations projects, ensuring sign-off of project plans and central issue logs.
- Assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Demonstrate sound ethical judgment in business practices and conduct.
- Engage stakeholders to drive transformative changes. Review use cases and manage work streams for process improvement, technology solutions, and automation.
- Apply data concepts to resolve issues and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Provide implementation and post-implementation project support.
- Identify data patterns and trends to enhance business decision making capability.
- Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in business analysis and project management within the Data domain.
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles and process design.
- Proven ability to manage complex issues and balance conflicting needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
