Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Support Specialist for a contract role. We invite local candidates in Phoenix, AZ to apply. Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week on scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM CST, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as needed.

Important Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry is required.
  • Fluent Spanish speaking ability is a must.

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Compensation : $24-25 / hour W2

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding service to customers through inbound and outbound calls as well as email communication.
  • Your primary aim will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of caller requests, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inquiries.
  • Build rapport quickly and respond to customer needs in a compassionate manner, aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications effectively to research, analyze, and resolve customer requests.
