JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our Production Support team. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership of Oracle Cloud solutions focusing on Absence Management and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM / experience working as a solution architect in a large-scale environment.
This role will also assist in guiding the functional leads and business process owners through the configuration and testing of the quarterly releases including Redwood updates.
Post quarterly updates this position will provide support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition.
This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion HCM, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems, and provide user support. Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Range : $75-85
