Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring a Documentation Analyst for a contracting position.

    Pay : $40-41 / hour W2

    Responsibilities :

  • Support the management of procedural documents throughout their lifecycle
  • Assist subject matter experts with mapping and defining process, then converting them to formal procedural documents
  • Understand and advise on correct use of various procedural document types
  • Review / edit documents for compliance with the quality system and documentation requirements
  • Demonstrate excellence in writing clear, concise business-related documents
  • Demonstrate excellence in the application and use of good grammar and punctuation practices as well as attention to detail
  • Must be logical, analytical and process-driven
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic, challenging environment
  • Possess confidence and poise to work with associates at all levels
  • Demonstrate solid background in quality assurance or business process development
  • Must have BA or BS degree
  • Minimum of three years business writing experience, preferably in an IT environment
  • Familiarity with Documentum-based document management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
