We are seeking motivated candidates from the Columbia, South Carolina area. You will be required to work various shifts between 7 : 30 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m. CDT.
To be considered, you must have 2-3 years of claims processing experience.
Work Location : Columbia, South Carolina
Pay : $22-23 / hour W2
Key Responsibilities :
- Address customer service concerns, inquiries, and activities effectively.
- Provide value to and retain policyholders through excellent service.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers wishing to cancel their insurance by reviewing products and resolving service and claims issues.
- Assist in the collection of current and past due premiums while supporting additional areas such as Claim Inquiry, Policy Administration, Billing / Payments, and Agent servicing as needed.
- Assist 90% of calls independently, utilizing training and experience effectively.
- Collect, document, and enter data accurately into multiple applications.
- Provide clear instructions and set expectations for policyholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed departmental standards related to quality, average handle time, and other key performance indicators.
Salary : $22 - $23
