Summary :
The Senior Software Engineer, Workday Extend and Prism will be responsible for managing the Workday Extend. This role will be responsible for ideation, solution development, application development and maintenance of Workday Extend Solutions. Solution Architect will work closely with Business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Extend application meet these requirements.
Education / Experience :
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field5 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday ExtendStrong technical skills, including demonstrated experience with Workday ExtendExperience knowledge of XML,XSLT,Web Services,SOAP,REST,JSON,Javascript and other integration technologies.Experience on EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices and other integration tools.Strong project management skills, with the ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team. Ideate, Develop and maintain custom Workday extend applications.Work closely with Business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Extend application meet those requirements.Develop and maintain documentation for extend application, including process flows and technical specifications.Serve as a Workday Extend expert with deep knowledge of design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas in consideration of future product direction.Experienced in Workday Integrations, APIs (Rest and SOAP) as well as Workday Security.Ensures Workday Extend applications are built with right security, reliability as well as delivering exceptional user experience.Manage the testing and deployment of Workday Extend applications, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that testing is thorough and complete.Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as appropriate. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure that team members are engaged, motivated, and productive.
