TSS is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Coordinator Temporary
• Must be able to assist with the movement or lifting of small items up to 40 lbs. if required.
• Proven ability and experience using an automated financial system such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Deltek .
• Perform daily asset lifecycle transactions in automated financial system.
• Complete inventory reconciliations in accordance with department inventory desktop procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in communicating asset information with member offices and external agencies to facilitate accurate inventory reports.
• Possess ability to understand US House of Representatives policy relating to Asset Management.
• Demonstrate professional communication abilities, including interacting effectively with high-profile clients.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
• High school diploma with 2 years customer service experience and competency using Microsoft Office Suite.
