What are the responsibilities and job description for the Liaison Support (IPPS-A) position at TSSCANDIDATEPORTAL?
TSS is seeking a Liaison Support (IPPS-A) to support our ongoing mission in Arlington, VA.
What You'll Do:
Develop and draft integration support documents for ARNG IPPS-A Program Manager IAW IPPS-A execution and release guidance.
Provide weekly reporting
Conduct an analysis of State data, metrics and requests for information (RFI) for IPPS-A lifecycle for military personnel IAW IPPS-A execution and release guidance
Attend IPPS-A workgroups and disseminate relevant information in the form of verbal presentations, power point presentations, information papers and executive summaries for IPPS-A integration status and on-going issues
Attend meetings, conferences, workgroups, and workshops that influence the development and future sustainment of IPPS-A and provide critical analysis of information disseminated. Travel to states implementing IPPS-A systems and attend monthly meetings.
Provide Human Resource Life Cycle Management subject matter expertise during the meeting and provide notes to the government POC
Receive and respond via e-mail, telephone, and in writing to the 54 States and Territories on the ARNG IPPS-A mailbox for functional issues and inquiries, provide a response to states within 2 business days, and a weekly cumulative report.
What You Bring:
Tier 1 background check.
Typically requires 3-5 years of directly related experience in a specific functional area.
Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques, work processes, and applicable regulations in assigned subject-matter area(s)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
