Job Description:TSTC faculty deliver approved Developmental English curriculum, content, and assessments in an applied learning environment. Responsibilities include facilitation of activities and discussions that engage a range of learning styles with targeted guidance and mentorship to students.Faculty will also interpret and administer assessments, and offer constructive feedback to support student growth and learning outcomes. A key part of the role is to integrate technology effectively to enrich the educational experiences.
The Adjunct Instructor of Developmental English in a part-time on-campus position at our North Texas campus in Red Oak, Texas. The pay rate is $40 per contact hour. This class is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and will begin in August 2025.
Faculty act as ambassadors for their programs and TSTC.
