Job Overview: As a Skilled Laborer at TSU One, you will be a key part of our gas distribution operations, assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas pipelines and related infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced technicians and foremen to ensure that all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Your experience with Atmos Energy and/or One Gas (ONG) systems will be critical in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas pipelines, meters, and related equipment.

· Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, backfilling, and material handling.

· Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment, such as hand tools, power tools, and light machinery.

· Help with job site setup and cleanup, ensuring materials and equipment are organized and safely stored.

· Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

· Assist in quality control by ensuring installations and repairs meet company standards.

· Help troubleshoot and resolve issues within gas distribution systems.

· Support routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project operations.

· Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all environmental and safety guidelines.

· Participate in training to improve skills and stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general labor, ideally in the gas distribution industry.

· Familiarity with Atmos Energy and/or One Gas (ONG) systems is preferred but not required.

· Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment.

· Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance with OSHA regulations.

· Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

· Ability to troubleshoot basic issues in gas distribution systems.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically with Atmos Energy and/or One Gas (ONG) systems.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Class C Driver’s License
