**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team at Tsugawa Lau & Muzzi. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will be responsible for representing clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
**Essential Job Duties:
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex legal issues.
**Qualifications:*
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Hawaii State Bar.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
