As Tsunami Express Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and work with a positive team focused on providing a place to grow and develop.
Tsunami Express Car Wash currently operates 16 express car washes in Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin with plans for 30 new locations over the next 2 years. We are developing a network of car washes, teammates, and technology to deliver a seamless, premium customer experience. We will delight our customers, reward our members, and leverage automated & repeatable solutions that increases our customer’s likelihood to buy, join, and stay. Our promise to our neighbors is to deliver a cool and convenient quality clean.
What you’ll do:
- Leverage data and technology to drive your site’s performance
- Have a positive impact in the lives of your teammates and members of the community.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of their site
- Hiring, training, and developing exceptional teammates
- Drive revenue by growing your site’s membership base
- Create Tsunami Fans through daily interactions with customers
- Daily upkeep and maintenance of the building and car wash equipment, insuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers and teammates
- Forming business to business relationships (House accounts, Chamber of Commerce participation, marketing, fundraisers, etc.)
What you’ll need to have:
- A genuine smile!
- Demonstrated passion and leadership experience
- Mechanically inclined and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependability
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Prior car wash experience preferred but not required
- Customer service centric

- 8-10 hour shift
- Monday – Friday, evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to be on call
- Full time schedule
