Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining and catering settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience through attentive service and knowledge of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.
• Stay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or catering environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
