Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Project Managers at multiple levels of experience to lead and support complex projects within our focus industries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen willingness to learn, and a foundational understanding of project management principles including managing our team’s cost, schedule and quality performance. Responsibilities
- Managing projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain and fulfill project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and support mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Assist in preparing project status reports and post-project evaluations.
Software and Systems Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Associate 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in the aviation, aerospace, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the project and program management field.
- Must pass Customer Legal Check.
