Position Overview:
As an IFS Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing IFS ERP solutions to meet the complex needs of aviation enterprises. You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business operations, and engineering to ensure seamless system integration, data integrity, and optimal performance. Your expertise in IFS applications, aviation industry processes, and enterprise architecture will drive successful implementations and long-term strategic value. This role will require travel to client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of IFS ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system capabilities, and develop technical roadmaps.
• Provide expert guidance on IFS Cloud, IFS Applications (including Maintenance, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Projects), and system integrations with third-party applications.
• Oversee IFS ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and technical feasibility.
• Optimize IFS system configurations, workflows, and business processes to enhance efficiency and compliance in aviation operations.
• Work closely with developers, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and system performance.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture blueprints, and best practice guidelines for system usage and future scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with IFS product updates, emerging trends, and aviation regulatory requirements to enhance solution effectiveness.
• Support change management initiatives, user training, and system adoption strategies to maximize business benefits.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as an IFS Solution Architect, IFS Consultant, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in IFS Cloud, IFS Applications 10 , and system architecture best practices.
• Experience in IFS EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and/or IFS FSM (Field Service Management) and/or IFS SCM (Supply Chain Management) and/or IFS Cloud Aviation Maintenance solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IFS configurations, customizations, Lobbies, and Reporting Tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, integration middleware, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with aviation-specific compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FAA, EASA, AS9100) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive business transformation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• IFS certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience with IFS FSM (Field Service Management) or Aviation Maintenance solutions.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, IFS Business Analytics).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
