We are seeking a highly motivated Program Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for key programs within our organization. This role will work closely with project managers, finance teams, and senior leadership to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making in support of program objectives.
The Program Financial Analyst's support will span multiple projects within Tsunami Tsolutions' Programs department by ensuring accurate budgeting of resources, performing program financial forecasting, and demonstrating their ability to track operational metrics and analyze financial data. The chosen candidate be working closely with program managers/ owners of all levels to ensure optimal financial health of their respective programs. They will also be responsible for presenting their findings and recommendations to the team and to Executive Leadership as needed. This position will also share responsibility in identifying improvement opportunities that support the Company's commitment to continuous improvement and its high standards for quality.

Responsibilities
- Perform program finance forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Report routinely on program performance and prepare for regular leadership review.
- Analyze both historical and real time data, program performance results for trends and provide leadership with improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Enforce applicable department policies and procedures and aide in establishing or revising as appropriate.
- Familiarizing oneself in materials and methods of each program to review potential financial impact of any proposed changes.
- Advise on program set up in various systems to ensure proper tracking mechanisms are in place.
- Champion process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of quotes and financial reports to customers.
- Coordinate monthly invoice reviews and perform invoice validation steps.
- Various additional program finance responsibilities as request by leadership.
Software and Systems Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Position Requirements
- Due to associated government contracts, candidate must be a US Citizen - no exceptions.
- Must be willing and able to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- 4-year business degree and/or equivalent experience in similar role
- Must pass Customer Legal Check.
