Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contractor Dispatcher at TSV Logistics. The Contractor Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

- Match and sell our freight to your independent contractor group on available trucks for transport.
- Lead by example and create an environment where drivers feel valued, can grow, promote loyalty, and function well as partners.
- Verify all supporting documents and the accuracy of the data for billing.
- Be available to be the voice of the company, while maintaining success for your contractors.
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to any trucks for transport.
- Communicate any special instructions regarding all current trips to your contractors for maximum success.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and routes
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong ability to sell
- Ability to work rotating compensated on-call for afterhours contractor needs
