Strategic Growth Director Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Cleveland site point of contact (POC) for new business opportunities, working with commercial, finance, engineering, supply chain and operations to align with business strategies and objectives.
- Develop and deploy the business plan for the recently-implemented new product introduction (NPI) Center of Excellence (CoE), working closely with the new product introduction (NPI) manager to manage KPIs of leading and lagging indicators, in addition to a customer scorecard.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial to research the NPI competitive landscape, clearly articulate TT Cleveland's target market profiles, refine the NPI CoE value proposition, and build an opportunity pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in project management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing step-change projects, including people and cultural change.
- Solid financial acumen.
- Able to multi-task and highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business; postgraduate in business is preferred.
- Accredited in a recognized project or program management methodology (e.g. PMP Certification).
- Experience in contract manufacturing and/or electronics.
- Experience in highly-regulated industries such as aerospace or medical.
