Role Overview and Responsibilities
Introduction
The Finance Director is a key member of the TT Electronics Perry location leadership team. This role is responsible for financial operations, planning and reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The Finance Director will lead a team as a trusted partner and consultant to the Vice President & General Manager and to site leadership to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Perry location Vice President & General Manager and Group Finance to provide overall business support as a tactical & strategic advisor.
- Lead and develop team to provide insightful analysis to support business decisions, driving analysis to action.
- Ensure the site operates in accordance with the TT Group policies and ensure the sound financial management and control of the Company’s operations.
- Manage the financial outlook, ensuring an accurate forecast and understanding key drivers of variances.
- Provide the necessary support to meet timely commitments, with a high quality of work.
- Understands key contracts and KPIs, providing analysis of variances and support of corrective actions as required.
- Lead the preparation of consolidated reports, strategic plans and annual budgets for the business.
- Display the highest levels of professional integrity, ethics, honesty and personal credibility.
- Do the right thing, particularly with respect to the safety and well-being of self and others.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Core Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous Finance leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Ability to transform data into actions
Desireable Skills and Experience
- MBA
- CPA or CMA
- DoD experienceExperience with Hyperion financial reporting systems
