*Responsibilities*
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and resources.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Utilize Buildertrend software for project documentation, tracking progress, and managing budgets.
- Review schematics and construction estimates to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train and mentor site personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

- Proficient in Buildertrend software for construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and budgeting principles.
- Experience supervising teams in a construction environment, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Knowledge of schematics related to construction projects, ensuring accurate execution of plans.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Ability to operate an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control throughout the construction process.
