As a Field Service Technician, you will help be the face of our Americas division, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers and playing a critical role in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our state-of-the-art equipment.
Your Key responsibilities
- Independently perform service and maintenance on equipment and automation lines.
- Install and commission machinery and complete automation solutions at customer sites.
- Diagnose technical issues, promptly resolve malfunctions, and minimize system downtime.
- Clearly communicate technical findings and solutions to customers and team members.
- Accurately document service activities, including installation reports and maintenance logs, in compliance with company standards.
You bring:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, or a related field plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial service, with a focus on mechanical-electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and sound judgment.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
