Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst with expertise in SAP Analytics for HANA to lead and drive testing processes for our Analytics teams. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in SAP Analytics, stakeholder management, and the ability to implement best practices across analytics solutions. Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and execute end-to-end testing processes for SAP Analytics for HANA to ensure data quality, performance optimization, and seamless platform integration.
Design and implement testing strategies that align with business goals, ensuring high-quality, scalable analytics solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and analytics teams, to gather requirements and drive solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on SAP Analytics data to inform business decisions and strategies.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, risks, and project progress.
Stay updated on the latest SAP Analytics for HANA technologies and industry best practices to enhance processes and solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
Extensive experience with SAP Analytics for HANA, including designing and implementing analytics solutions.
Proven ability to lead testing processes, with a deep understanding of testing frameworks and best practices.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams.
Experience with data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence (BI) concepts.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
5 years of experience in SAP Analytics, with a focus on SAP HANA.
Proven experience in leading analytics test processes and working with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
