TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a passionate and motivated Branch Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service to credit union members by accurately processing transactions and providing essential financial services. This role is key in creating a positive experience for our members and ensuring smooth daily operations within the branch. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing excellent member service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Process a variety of financial transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
- Provide accurate information to members regarding their accounts, services, and financial products.
- Identify opportunities to assist members with additional products and services that meet their financial needs.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls and security procedures.
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with branch operations, including verifying and processing checks, balancing cash, and ensuring the proper handling of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative branch environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or finance preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions.
- Ability to handle cash securely and follow branch procedures for balancing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to team success.
