Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with established procedures.
- Secure materials and tooling for machine runs.
- Monitor operations, adjusting speeds and feeds as needed to maintain precision.
- Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor maintenance to ensure machine performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and supervisory staff to discuss technical requirements and process improvements.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating CNC machinery.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical measurement tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience with Escomatic D5 machines is a plus.
- Must be reliable with dependable transportation.
