TTEC Digital seeks a Solution Architect Leader to join our AWS Partner Practice!
The Solution Architect Leader (AWS), working remotely in the US, will lead a team of skilled solution architects, drive technical strategy, and collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to design cutting-edge solutions in the cloud contact center and CX innovation space. Your expertise in cloud technologies, ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team, and commitment to thought leadership will be instrumental in achieving success. This is a VP-level role reporting to the AWS practice leader.

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Leadership and Team Management :
Build, mentor, and manage a team of solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Collaborate with senior-level client executives to uncover business and technical needs, translating them into tailored, outcome-driven solutions.
Identify market opportunities to develop innovative solutions that address emerging CX challenges and leverage the latest cloud and AI technologies.
Participate in webinars, blogs, and internal events to share expertise and insights on future trends in customer experience transformation.
Act as the primary advocate for the solution architecture team within TTEC Digital, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
What Skills You’ll Bring :
180,000 - $230,000 a year
