What You’ll Be Doing

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Be the face and smile of the operations
- Provide face-to-face customer service
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their concerns
- Manage cash, check and credit card transactions
- Assist with customers accounts
- 6 months or more of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- Supportive of your career and professional development

- Base wage starting at $20.62 per hour.
