Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team onsite in Concord, NC. As an agent, you will play a critical role in bringing humanity to business by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind. You will be responsible for resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Upsell products or services to existing customers as required
Requirements:
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy
- Computer experience
