Job Description
The Clinic Administrator serves as a key leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a healthcare clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, operational excellence, and a positive patient experience. This position requires strategic planning, problem-solving, and hands-on management of staff, budgets, and administrative processes. The Clinic Administrator collaborates with medical professionals, administrative teams, and senior management to maintain high-quality patient care and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Oversight
Direct and supervise clinic functions, ensuring that systems, policies, and procedures are adhered to and consistently improved.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding of clinic employees.
Assist with the preparation and implementation of quarterly budgets.
Lead efforts to enhance patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback assessments.
Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, including healthcare standards and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree).
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare administration experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Knowledge of clinic philosophy, operational procedures, and healthcare administration.
