Coordinate responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts requirements while facilitating the resolution of delivery issues. This role involves collecting and processing data from suppliers and customers regarding the delivery of spare parts, provisioning products, or related services.
Duties include entering, tracking, monitoring, and managing customer materials, delivery schedules, and return processes. The Customer Support Specialist ensures all logistics activities are executed accurately and efficiently to support a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries regarding spare parts orders and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate resolution of delivery problems with internal and external partners.
- Collect and process data from suppliers and customers regarding orders and shipments.
- Monitor order status and manage returns and delivery scheduling.
- Maintain clear and professional communication.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Data driven (being able to manipulate data, excel, managing projects and excel capability,verbal written communication)
- 100% onsite role; no travel required.
