The position
The Director of Litigation and E-Discovery will manage all e-discovery processes and electronic data management for the firm, overseeing strategy development, technology selection, and workflow optimization. This role requires deep expertise in litigation support software, AI-driven technology, and compliance with discovery obligations, as well as supervising the Litigation Support Department. Responsibilities include consulting on e-discovery solutions, training staff, auditing files, managing the department’s budget, and ensuring compliance with Litigation Uniform Filing SOPs. The director will also lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven leadership experience in managing teams.

Requirements
- Experienced in litigation support, including expertise in Reveal software, AI technology, and designing search terms, with a strong background in records collection, production, and compliance with discovery and preservation obligations.
- Possesses over 10 years of paralegal experience or 10 years in litigation management, and exceptional skills in communication, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and understanding of legal procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
