Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Schedule: Flexible; weekend availability required

Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour
Job Description:
The Driver will represent the company professionally, ensuring safe and courteous interactions while handling pickups and deliveries. This role involves transporting cargo between customer locations and airlines, maintaining vehicle safety, and adhering to operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicles and equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Perform pre-shift inspections using the vehicle inspection report.
• Accurately document pickup and delivery details, including mileage, on the “Run Sheet.”
• Verify airway bill numbers against delivery records and ensure all shipments are accounted for.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, securing supplies and removing trash regularly.
• Refuel the vehicle using the company-provided fuel card and submit receipts for record-keeping.
• Record all airway bills and tracking numbers for handled pickups and deliveries.
• Log all airport pickups and customer deliveries using internal communication tools.
• Ensure the vehicle is locked when not in use.
• Bag, tape, or seal all non-hazardous shipments picked up from customer locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• At least one year of experience driving cargo and/or delivery vehicles.
• Ability to operate a 22-foot cargo van.
• Physically capable of bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Adaptability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Work Setting:
The Driver will operate in a dynamic environment, often exposed to different weather conditions. Schedules may vary based on operational demands.
