Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business needs across the LATAM region.
- Lead recruitment, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Support regional HR transformations, improving processes and systems.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations and organizational culture.
