INDUSTRIAL MANAGER - CONTAINER DIVISION

$85K annually (Base Salary) plus performance-based bonuses

DESCRIPTION

The Industrial Manager for the Container Division will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and overseeing all aspects of the division's activities. Reporting directly to the Industrial Director, the Industrial Manager will be responsible for revenue growth, operational strategy, and process optimization. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, manufacturing, and quality operations, while maintaining a client-centric focus on delivering high-quality products.

With a strong technical foundation in design engineering and manufacturing, the Industrial Manager will provide innovative solutions and strategic direction for the container division's growth and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to solving challenges, optimizing production workflows, and championing employee development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Business, Industrial/Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience is acceptable.
• Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably in metal manufacturing (design, welding, assembly, and testing).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MRP systems, including implementation and Go-Live procedures.
• Hands-on experience in production scheduling, workflow coordination, and employee activity management.
• Familiarity with design and production principles, as well as operational functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CAD software (Catia, NX) is a plus.
• Leadership Skills:
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive employee performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity for strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive results

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the container division, including design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with department specialists (Sales, HR, IT, Quality, Communication, etc.) to ensure seamless operational support and alignment.
• Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins by conducting budget reviews and financial analysis.
• Develop and execute capacity expansion plans to meet the growing demands of the aerospace industry.
• Establish performance goals, oversee employee development, and support HR with job descriptions, hiring, and employee training programs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of change initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee large-scale projects, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $85,000 annually
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses
