REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Business, Industrial/Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience is acceptable.
- Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably in metal manufacturing (design, welding, assembly, and testing).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MRP systems, including implementation and Go-Live procedures.
- Hands-on experience in production scheduling, workflow coordination, and employee activity management.
- Familiarity with design and production principles, as well as operational functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CAD software (Catia, NX) is a plus.
- Leadership Skills:
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive employee performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capacity for strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive results
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- o Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a background check.

- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the container division, including design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with department specialists (Sales, HR, IT, Quality, Communication, etc.) to ensure seamless operational support and alignment.
- Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins by conducting budget reviews and financial analysis.
- Develop and execute capacity expansion plans to meet the growing demands of the aerospace industry.
- Establish performance goals, oversee employee development, and support HR with job descriptions, hiring, and employee training programs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of change initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee large-scale projects, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Base Salary: $85,000 annually
