About the Role
We are seeking a Junior App and Web Developer to join our team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a passion for application development and system administration. The role focuses on programming, analysis, and enhancement of web and mobile applications while ensuring database integrity and maintaining Microsoft 365 administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
Develop and design business management applications to enhance internal processes.
Implement permissions and access controls to maintain data security and compliance.
Maintain and optimize SQL databases used by web applications.
Perform website maintenance, updates, and routine audits to ensure optimal performance.
Test and debug new and existing web features, services, and pages.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and programming languages to enhance development strategies.
Assist with other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience :
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field OR a minimum of two (2) years of experience in web development.
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint administration.
Proficiency in Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
Experience in SQL database management.
Soft Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong team player with adaptability to changing environments.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
