The Mortgage and Foreclosure Paralegal will handle all aspects of mortgage foreclosure cases, ensuring compliance with FDCPA and state regulations. Responsibilities include preparing complaint packages, drafting foreclosure pleadings, conducting mortgage/satisfaction searches, and drafting answers and affirmative defenses. This role also involves scheduling hearings, preparing motions for case management conferences, and filing notices of trial.
