LOCATION: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
SCHEDULE: Full-time
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent
PAY RANGE: $60,000–$65,000/year

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the mortgage foreclosure process, a solid understanding of compliance, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures adherence to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and relevant state laws while preparing and managing critical documentation.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with the FDCPA and state-specific regulations.
• Preparing and organizing complaint packages.
• Drafting foreclosure pleadings and correspondence to judges.
• Conducting mortgage/satisfaction searches.
• Drafting answers and affirmative defenses.
• Preparing motions for case management conferences, notices of trial, and motions to reschedule sales.
• Scheduling hearings and managing associated documentation.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment, particularly in mortgage foreclosure processes.
• Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of foreclosure practices and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information with integrity.
